It is ok to change your mind… If you would like to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ohlola.co.za confirming your returns and we get hold of you. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as special orders or personalized items. Items that have been used already will not qualify for a refund.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have . Email us to info@ohlola.co.za and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your order is damaged in anyway on delivery, please notify us immediately.

Returns
Can I return my order if I have changed my mind?
Yes, you can request a return for free within 14 days from delivery. Thereafter, we will only offer an exchange.
Will I be charged a delivery fee for returns or exchanges?
Yes, if your return is after 14 days from delivery. We will obtain a quote at the most affordable rate possible.
How can I guarantee a refund?
Your claim must be made within 14 days of delivery AND returned items must in their original and undamaged packaging, unused and fit for resale.
When will I receive my refund?
Once goods are collected, checked, and deemed fit for resale, your refund will be processed. You will be refunded in the same manner as your original payment method. For bank transfers this will take up to 5 business days, and card payments up to 10 business days.
Can I return customized products?
No, we cannot offer an exchange or refund for any items that have been custom made as they cannot be resold.

Oh Lola MEX shall take all reasonable efforts to ensure that goods sold are:
Reasonably suitable for the purposes for which they are generally intended;
of good quality, in good working order and free of any defects.
